Exploring Pearl Farm, Davao City

Exploring Pearl Farm, Davao City
Pearl Farm Beach Resort lies in a secluded cove on Samal Island off the coast of Davao City. This 11-hectare spread was once a pearl farm, where thousands of white-lipped oysters, transported from the Sulu Sea, were cultivated for their pink, white and gold pearls. Today, the resort beckons with the promise of a relaxing, private retreat, under the care of our friendly, charming staff.

The resort’s Samal Houses are patterned after the stilt houses of seafaring Samal tribes of the Sulu archipelago. By day, schools of tiny fish frolic between the sturdy poles that support the houses. At night, the sound of the waves are a soothing aid to slumber.

looks a lot better with healthy hair

looks a lot better with healthy hairOur hair is said to be our crowning glory. Dull lifeless hair can make someone look awful despite a pretty face. But, a healthy shiny hair can make a person look good despite a not so good feature. It will help a person stands out. And, it implies that person can take good care of him or herself.

That is the very reason; my girl puts a lot of effort to make her hair shiny. But, shine would not be possible if it’s not healthy. So, to get what she wants she’s using both hair vitamins and multivitamins. She said that she doesn’t only want a healthy hair, but a healthy body as well.

From my observation, I think it’s really working. She looks a lot better than two years ago.

new found business adventure

new found business adventureSome of my friends think that all I want in my life is to have some fun. They have this notion probably because I love to play online games. But, that is just my relaxing activity after a tiring day in my training. They do not know I am trying my best to help wiffy earn money. But, my time doesn’t permit me to give everything.

Anyway, I already found a good business venture where I can continue with my training, yet earning money at the same time. This business I am thinking is vending machines. I think I already post about this before, I just can’t know where it is.

Well, vending machine offers a lot of benefits that really fits my need. One of the most obvious reasons is the fact that it is a 100% cash business that will allow me work from home and set your own hours. It simply means I can continue with my training while earning. Additionally, I don’t have to worry much of additional expenses as it doesn’t require additional employees, rent for an office or additional utilities fees, and advertising because they do their own advertising already. Plus, there are significant tax advantages to being self-employed.

As you can see those facts fit perfectly well to me. I am just happy I learned about it.

Guide to Getting Fit and HealthyBravo! You have made the commitment to get into shape. The “I don’t want to exercise” phase is over. Something inside of you has “clicked” and you are ready to begin creating healthier habits. So, where do you start? First know what it takes for you to get healthy and fit. Is it an exercise program, a change in lifestyle or diet? No matter what it is the first step is identifying what needs to change in order accomplish your goal.

Getting motivated – is one of the hardest things to do, for anything but especially when it comes to getting fit and being healthy. There aren’t many who find exercise naturally enjoyable so finding something that motivates you to stay with it is vital. Here are some ways you can get motivated to stick to your exercise program. Find something you enjoy doing. Do you love riding a bike through a park, or walking with friends? How about things like yoga, or Tai chi, these things can all be turned into an enjoyable exercise.

Create a plan and stick with it – nothing will cause you to fail faster than heading out without a plan or giving up on the one you create. So take the time to work out a solid usable plan with milestones and goals. Identify your reason behind wanting to get fit and healthy, then identify personal goals like how much weight would you like to lose, how many miles you want to run or bike and set a long term time limit, then break it down into monthly goals.

You might be asking yourself especially right in the middle what the benefits are. Here are some of the benefits, more energy, less stress, better health and a longer more active life, no matter what your reason for getting healthy and getting fit, sticking with it and being motivated is a necessity.

it’s too expensive for us

it's too expensive for usI am just happy that wiffy requested insurance quotes from her friend. I can’t do that myself because I am really busy with my training. I can’t even update more in this blog because of that.

By the way, it’s not an instant request. It took us at least three days before we got the quote. Probably her friend thinks that we are not that interested in purchasing a plan. Or maybe she had bigger clients than we are so she did not take us seriously. Whatever her reason that is okay at least we get what we need.

However, when we look at the rates my eyes can’t believe what I am seeing. I find it really expensive. One monthly payment is equivalent to two months of wiffy’s salary. How will we survive on a daily basis, if we pay that amount? We have no choice, but to cancel the deal. For sure there are lots of cheap insurance out there.

All we need to do is to locate cheap insurance that will still cover our needs. Of course, we really have to give time for that because it would not be easy.
