After wifey cook an enormous amount of food, she is now spending more time looking for cookbooks at Amazon books. I know it’s not her intention to make party size noddle dish. But, she made it because she acted as if she is a master cook. But, she is not. She is a beginner in that field. Even if she started cooking two years ago, she still needs more practice.
Honestly, she could use a lot of help from cookbooks especially if she’s cooking the food for the first time. I just hope she will start following instructions rather than experiment by doing everything all by herself.
Now we can’t do anything with the excess food, but throw it. It is indeed a waste of food and money.
