Ever since Yuki (another renter of the other house) arrived here, there are already lots of things done. In just one week he was able to fix the door, painted the roof, and the installed a wooden fence. Now, I can only guess his next project, the windows of their house.
He already measured the length and the width. I think he will only use Replacement Windows instead of changing the entire windows, which is very laborious. If so, he will really increase the resale value and energy efficiency of the house.
Well, he really loves this house even if he only lives here when he is processing his papers for his vessel work. He treats and cares for it just like his own probably because the owner treats him like a family member.
I just hope he will include fixing our house besides we have the same owner and we are in the same compound. For sure the owner will be very happy to see if there are changes inside this house when they arrive.
