Even if she is not saying a word, I know deep inside her she envies her friend who has performed well in insurance marketing last year. Now the girl is reaping the incentives and rewards from the company she is working with. But, wiffy can’t compare herself to that lady as she is not employed. She is the boss of herself.
She knows the pros and cons of being self-employed even before she started doing it. She can always reward herself whenever she wants because no one will give that to her except herself. As for recognition, the best person to do that is her clients. Of course, she can’t force anyone to give any recognition as it is only given willingly.
I’m just thinking positively that she takes her friend’s achievement as an inspiration. It is better that way so she has motivation to give more of herself and improve whatever that needs improvement.
