Now that I don’t have any work to do, I am now concentrating on losing some weight. I gained much during my training period because I find comfort in eating after a tiring day. I did not realize that I am not burning that much. I may be standing for more than eight hours, yet there is not sweating going on. So, the food I consume is more than I burn. That’s why I end up having an apple shape body.
But, I am serious to gain the figure I lost for only six months. Body-builders type of body isn’t my option only a flat tummy is already better as it will only make me look better and slimmer. I’m also healthier to remove excess abdominal fats.
For now, I consider all types of weight loss options except for dieting. I’d rather use the best new diet pill than go on diet as it will only make me less if I eat less. Enrolling to a gym is also a good idea for me only if I get low monthly dues. Well, let’s see in the next few months what will be the outcome of weight loss quest.
