Yesterday, wiffy and I went to the mall to buy some supplies for the wake of her grandmother. After, we decided to eat our dinner in eat-all-you-can restaurant. Well, I am just trying to see wiffy’s discipline to food now that she is seeing weight loss results. Also, I really want to eat a lot because I only had one meal for that day that dinner will be the second one.
In the end, I got so full, I mean really full that I can’t almost breathe. Well, it doesn’t happen always, so I just grab the opportunity to eat whatever I can. In our way to her grandma’s house, I am whining to wiffy about my tight pants. Of course that is due to my binge eating earlier. She told me to go on diet. But, that is not an option for me. I’d rather use diet pills like those I find in www.dietsthatwork.net and do extensive workout than diet. It’s really never an option for me ever since no matter what. I can cut back the high calorie food in smaller amounts. But, cutting them totally is a different thing.
Well, I will never know if I will lose weight or continue to gain in the next few months. Whatever it is I am sure I’ll still be happy.
