I hate to say this, but I am actually gaining back the weight that I lost after my surgery. I never thought that it’s too easy. It only takes at least two months. And now all of my pants are getting tighter and tighter day by day. I guess there is just one person I’ll have to thank, wiffy. If she doesn’t cook delicious food, probably this will not happen. I know it’s a lame excuse, but at least I have one. Hehehehe!
Seriously, I really want to get rid belly fat. It’s not only the unattractiveness that I am worried about, but it’s the serious health problems it brings.
Scientists have discovered that people with belly fat are more likely to have large amounts of deep-hidden belly fat around their organs. This fat called Visceral or Intra-Abdominal Fat is dangerous and could increase a person’s risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke and some types of cancer. It is often linked to High Cholesterol, High Insulin, High Triglycerides, High Blood Pressure and other problems.
See! Those facts are for real. That is why I am trying my best to get rid of the problem before it gets worse.
