guilty feeling

I wonder what my friend has been doing now. He sent me an SMS two days ago, which I unintentionally ignore. My cell phone load is empty at that time. As I am about to text him, I remember the diet pills I searched two weeks ago. I forget to send the information to him. Actually he can do it himself, but he is so busy and lazy to do that. The sad thing is that I can’t find my notes and I can’t remember the products I listed. So, I have to check for the best diet pills again before contacting him. I don’t want him to think that I forget about it. But, I do forget to send it to him, and I feel guilty about it.
