Last two weeks, dad gets a fair amount of money from his online sideline. He never expects that he would get that much as he is new to the online world. The amount is bigger than his monthly salary; let’s say almost twice of it. Of course, he did not earn it easily since he spent substantial time before he earned that amount.
At that time there will be a festival in my hometown and my father, as always, intends to join. The money arrives so timely. The house must be presentable for the guests. And from his money he was able to buy new stainless steel backsplash, plate cabinet, floor mats and paints for the walls. Installation and several preparations made him so busy that he was not able to visit some of his sites.
I just wonder how our house looks like this time, although it’s not a total renovation. But, I was not there when the changes take place. I am curious of the new backsplash. I have seen several samples in the web, I just can’t imagine how it looks in my parents’ kitchen. But, I will surely see that in the future.
