dream of doing motocross
April 27, 2009 by admin · 2 Comments
I used to dream of doing motocross. My father loves motorcycles. This could be the reason I want to be a motor racer when I was a kid. I used to ride in the backside and always see myself driving it all by myself. Of course my father always put on Motorcycle Helmets on me for protection. But, I am very adventurous and would want to try riding without it. This dream continued until I turned college. I let go of this dream that time since I haven’t had a chance to own even one motorcycle.
I just remember this thought after visiting an online store of motorcycle accessories. My eyes got so big seeing so many kinds of helmets from motocross to German Helmets. They offer huge number of accessories including Leather Vests that I am looking for. I have been thinking of giving my dad a vest for his birthday. I may sound early since his birthday is still five months away. It will give me ample time to select the best at much affordable price. Plus, I am guaranteed that my merchandise will arrive early. So, if anything happen I still have time to make necessary adjustments. I wonder if the sizes of this vest will fit my dad’s. I still have to sneak to my dad’s size.
Travel Tips in Davao City

Davao City at Night
In general, it is safe to move around Davao City. And you will not find any other place on earth that is friendly to other races, but the Philippines. The following are some safety tips that could be helpful to anyone (Filipinos and foreigners alike) planning to visit Davao.
- Keep A Low Profile. This is particularly advisable to Westerners (Americans, Europeans, Australians). Since you come from Western countries, you are generally perceived as rich when you come to the Philippines. Keep a low profile, else you become a favorite target of theives, robbers or snatchers.
- Learn A Few Cebuano Words. What else is more safe than to be a friend to the local people of Davao? Learn Cebuano and you will surprise them by or make them smile. On top of that, the Cebuano dialect is widely spoken in the Philippines, especially in the areas of Visayas and the Mindanao.
- Don’t bring a lot of cash. Use your credit card, checks or anything else in place of cash. If you need cash, ATM outlets are almost available in the malls and banks arount Davao City. Prepare coins and smaller bills especially when buying from a store or taking a cab or jeepney.
- Get A Travel Buddy. If you have a Filipino friend, have him as your guide or buddy until you are comfortable with the city.
- Hide your valuable items. People steal what they can see. Put your laptops, PDA’s or any electronic gadgets in your bag and keep them close all the time. Don’t wear expensive jewelries.
- Stay Alert and Avoid Crowded Places. Be aware of what is happening to your surroundings. Use your senses, especially common sense. Don’t go where the crowd is, avoid the slam areas and unlighted streets.
- Dial 911 For emergencies, always remember to dial Davao 911.

I never have tried playing currency trading. But I am doing foreign exchange most of the time. I am also waiting for the rate to go up before I exchange my US dollars to Phil peso. I just don’t know if I will consider that professional trading.
After reading some articles, I guess I have to forgo of the thought that I am a currency trader. For the reason that professional currency trader knows how to read and understand forex charts. I am not capable of that. But, I know I will in the long run. I must start studying if I really want to get myself into this kind of business.
The twist however, is that I joined currency trading. Out of nowhere I find myself in this place. The fact that I am a novice with doesn’t have better understanding, is really silly and foolish. But, I am entice to because I am using a Forex Trading Software introduce to me by my friend. It’s really fun and very exciting since it gives real-time Forex chart data. Like I said I don’t know how to read it.
It doesn’t worry me much since I have my friend on the phone. He instructs me what to do. Well, I just have a taste of my impulsiveness. I need to understand it better. But, at the end of the day, I said to myself that I have tried being a currency trader even for a short while.
kids always find their ways

Kids are kids, and no matter what you do, they always find a way. My partner’s parents warned her second to the last sibling to stop playing online games. He did for a while. But, their reprimands even worsen the situation. For the last couple of months he has plays games like crazy. However, it changes when he failed two of his subjects. Good thing he was able to get back to his senses before his finals. He promised that he will do the right thing to pass the subjects. And so he did.
Wiffy being the eldest feels that she needs to give something to motivate the boy for passing. She knew that its summer and no class for two months or so. She then ordered a world of warcraft game card that is valid for 60 days. It’s a prepaid thing so he will have to pay excess of the game card amount. He can’t do that for now since he doesn’t have any allowance.
Before that decision she is confused between wrath cd key and the world of warcraft game time which is the prepaid. But, after deliberate discussion with me, she finally made a decision. And she is amazed that she was able to her order in just 30 minutes. She will just surprise the boy for this one.
