Last two days, my partner applied for flight miles to one of the airlines we used to fly with. However, during the process she wants to go back to the last page to change her e-mail address. So, she did. But after completing the form, a window pops out stating she has duplicate account. She doesn’t understand it. Good thing, this airline company has a toll free number where she can report her duplicate enrollment. Toll free is so useful for long distance clients like us.
She immediately called them, but they said that she already had a membership back in 2007 in line with her credit card. Such a waste of mileage points, we have traveled a lot of times during the past two years. Probably if we knew this earlier we could have earned free ticket.
