When I was a teenager, I used to join school contests. I even remember my popularity days where 70 percent of the student knows me, I think. Aside from that, I used to get sports gifts from my coach and teacher. That prestige did not last long. I stopped representing my school since I want to focus on my studies. I aimed for an academic award so I can enroll to any university I want. Adding extracurricular will just make my life way too difficult. Well, sad to say I did not get an award. The good thing, however, I have good grades that are acceptable to a particular university.
