My brother went to Dubai to work for an industrial company. At first he has difficulty understanding the terms and terminologies of his job like work holding for instance because he is a management graduate not in line with industrial works. But he was able to join a company that is different from his education. I even received an email that he might not be able to pass his regularization period and might go home as he still has difficulty until his third month. Good thing he is still working for the company and becomes regular. It pays to try working harder especially to unfamiliar work, culture and place.
