We all need to protect ourselves from harm. Being a guy, I know I have the strength to protect myself. But it would be a different story for all the ladies out there who love the outdoors. Today, it is not safe for women to roam around, especially when they are alone. Women are vulnerable to assault. However, this should not stop them from enjoying life outside their houses. One way to defend yourself, is never forget to bring self defense products. There is no specific time when assault will happen. It is best that you are ready if it does occur.
